Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Every type of breakfast food you could want, and they even had some gluten free options.

Disliked: - two items were misplaced (or for lack of a better word taken) by your housekeeping team from our room- no follow up on the status of the taken items was provided to us proactively by Hampton Inn. Instead, we had to follow up multiple times.- front of house staff were rude, dismissive and abrasive when this was followed up on check out. Further they did nothing then to “Make It Right” either (including failing to apologise).

Liked: location is excellent just a few minutes to walk to grand central station. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good and has a lot of choices.
