Decent hotel in the heart...

Liked: Waited quite awhile at the front desk for staff to come out of the back room. Bathroom needs updating... Old shower door with mold in the track (room 106). Sheets were cheap and very scratchy.

Liked: The location was good but the hot tub was broken the ice machine was broken on the first floor no one told us then the toilet in our room was broken we tried calling the office with the phone in the room it wasn't working once I did get ahold of someone we had to change room.

Overall ok but the chargers...

Liked: Room was very comfortable. Pool was good.
Disliked: Two main reasons we chose this location was for the hot tub and the EV chargers. The hot tub wasn’t working and the EV chargers were only Tesla chargers which was not advertised. We would have brought our Tesla adapter had we known these were the only types available.

nice bed but miserable

Liked: breakfast is your basic. Less options than most continental breakfast. I continued to call upon arrival from 9pm till 1130. no one answered the front desk and then when i arrived all doors were locked and it took 6 minutes for someone to open them. absolutely unacceptable for a business and of course the owners will do nothing about it. There was not much i liked.
