I would say the stay...

Liked: The hotel was clean and convenient. Nice breakfast selection.
Disliked: The person that checked us in was rude. She was not the pleasant personality you want for a first impression.

Superb

Liked: Great cleanliness and staff
Disliked: Pump shampoo and hand lotion bottles that people could tamper with grosses me out. Also, the pool was closed.

Highly disappointing!

Disliked: Pool was closed, no mention of that during booking. Lot of sad 8 year olds thinking they could swim to relax after 2 days of soccer tournament. Was promised a discount for this the first night that I noticed was not honored when I received checkout invoice.Room was not the cleanest, carpet was disgusting.Way overpriced for value received.
