It was great other than...

Liked: Staff was phenomenal, housekeeping was as well and super nice.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was no hot water. My daughter had to get ready to be at the convention center to compete in a competition and could not get ready because there was no hot water. For the amount of money that I paid and all I get is sorry. Staff did what they were told but this falls back on management.

Beautiful trip, and very relaxing.

Liked: Great food. The attendant was helpful and kept everything clean and replaced food timely. He did a very good job.
Disliked: Pillows were terrible. Those need to be replaced and maybe even have extra ones in the closet. Mattress also needs attention.
