Liked: Samantha makes me feel horrible she had a very bad attitude… sad because is our first time visiting Gatlinburg and I hold because I don’t wanna make my family feel the same but I Am who is making decisions , reservations and paying, so for this situation I need to be hold
Disliked: Because have a river , no body tell us what does the hotel have , we figured out when we checked out because I tell my family where is the pool here? So we find it a pretty river space .

Liked: Only one elevator was working the entire stay. It took 15 minutes every time we needed an elevator. When pressing floor to arrive at, it would take us to a wrong floor. Consistently having to go in and out of elevators to correct. Front desk lady, elderly was very rude about our service dog. Saying at no point is our dog allowed to stay along in the hotel or else, we will be paying the pet fee. Very threatening. Not necessary, since being an owner of a service dog that we require to be around, our dog is needed. She needs to work on her customer service and be more welcoming. Definitely not someone I liked approaching with anything I needed.

Nice place with indoor pool...

Liked: Breakfast OK first day, much better second day, but overall OK. But not as good as I have had there in the past. Room was clean and nice.
Disliked: No WiFi and TV first day and night, not the end of the world, but front desk could have informed us during checkin instead of us trying to figure out what was going on. Also no pool towels (and for outdoors hot tub that I used), again not the end of the world but been nice to get that message during check in before I got in the hot tub. I would say cost cutting measures very evident compared to my stays there in past 6 years. But still nice place, just not as nice as it used to be.

Liked: This is our favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg.Always clean and quiet plus room was very nice and big.
Disliked: They were doing construction work in the lobby but it is the off season so we know they usually do it then.Breakfast was not much and was a little disappointing.
