It was a good and...

Liked: Rooms were great but a little on the small side. Water pressure was not good in the bathroom sink. Staff and breakfast were great.
Disliked: Not sure if I'm a fan of the sliding barn door to the bathroom. The water pressure in the bathroom sink wasnt good.

Perfect for a short or...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location with close proximity to many food places and stores. It’s a fairly large hotel but easy to navigate. The breakfast had many options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very well worth the price. Staff were friendly too. Will come back here if I travel to Fort Smith again.
Disliked: Nothing, I had a great experience.

Liked: The bed was comfy and it was mostly quiet. The place itself was fine.
Disliked: The breakfast gave my entire family food poisoning

Last minute ( 1 hour)...

Liked: The staff was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located about 10 miles from I-40 which we were traveling on but the connection using the 540 loop ( which was close to the Hampton Inn made it relatively easy to back on I-40.
Disliked: The pet fee was a little high, IMO. $75 which is high for one night, but I believe that is good for up to 4 nights. So, if you are staying longer, it would be more cost effective. Also, there is no longer a discount on the pet fee for Hilton Honors members.I wish hotels would publish the pet fees on Booking.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Location and cleanliness were impressive. The hot chocolate bar including chocolate chips and marshmallows was a nice touch!
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room didn’t work.
