BedBugs Room#305 and nothing was...

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel Room#305 and had an awful experience. Everyone in our group , including my two kids got bitten by bed bugs severly. We complained to the front office at checkout, and the lady said she would talk to the manager and that I would get a response, but I never received a call back. I even showed her the bumps on my hands and mentioned that I took pictures of the bedbugs. It seems like they don't care about their guests' concerns. This is completely unacceptable and did not excpect from Hilton

Liked: The bed sheets and the bed was the most comfortable sleep I got from my whole trip
Disliked: I didn't love the breakfast options since there weren't healthy clean food. Too much sugar and fat.I'd like staff to be WAY more welcoming and that's for free. You could choose people who enjoy being with people so they can have always a nicer, more helpful and serving attitude, a simple smile helps a lot.
