A nice stay with an...

Liked: The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared by such a dedicated and hard working employee. Great location in the town of Franklin. Clean and such a nice place to stay.
Disliked: Such a beautiful mountain area. Although this hotel is located at a very high elevation, the rooms do not have a nice view. That was disappointing.

It was nice. We will...

Liked: Nice, clean comfortable stay. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No one at the desk when we arrived (10 p.m.). Had to wait about 20 minutes to check in.
