Room was clean; bed was comfy! The free breakfast was nice too.

Disliked: only one light between the beds for the living space. Floor lamp was missing.

Liked: was clean big plus there but being disabled and my room the last room literally at end of corridor wasn't good.
Disliked: room location and the ridiculous price was a inflated price because of a college home coming so beware the hotel practices price gouging.

Liked: The location was fine near the highway and easy to find. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: This hotel allows pets in all rooms per the clerk at the front desk. I have allergies to dogs and some cats and told the clerk. He said guests sneak pets in by the back door to avoid the $75 dollar pet fee so he couldn't guarantee the room was safe. He then gave us the 2nd room/ 1st floor in from the back door. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and the carpet was dirty. The shower worked fine but the sink drained slowly and was leaking from the pipes below. There was a strong odor -? disinfectant. We were only there 1 night and spent as little time there as we could. I use a c pap so it filtered the air. Would not stay there again.

Liked: I planned and booked this room for a patriots game. Upon arrival I was told that no cash was accepted. The room was paid for in full. I spoke with Leah Operations Manager who refused to accomodate the room in any way. They would not let me rebook nor would they take a fee and refund the rest of the money. They keep the whole amount charged without avail. Horrible....!!
Disliked: No exceptions made whatsoever. They just kept the money.
