Mid-grade hotel, decent breakfast, nice...

Liked: Breakfast was your typical breakfast, make your own waffles, some kind of egg and protein, yogurt, pastries, and cereal. It was a nice addition that they had caramel and chocolate sauce for the waffles. Coffee was available all day, my parents loved that. My parents rave about the Hamptons so when we were all traveling for my graduation I decided to choose The Hampton. Maybe they talked it up to much, it was just okay. I actually prefer the Country Inn and suites. Perhaps this was an older Hampton? There was some need for upgrades and repairs for sure. some broken glass windows in the pool area, lumpy linoleum flooring, etc. The staff was nice. No issues there, friendly hellos and welcome backs.I did like the comforters, it was cozy, and slightly weighted which felt nice. Beds were okay, clean.
Disliked: I guess I just expected better. Also, previous guests' hair was on the bathtub in our bathroom. Only one elevator worked, and it sounds like it needs repairing, lol!

Horrible

Liked: Only thing I liked in this location was Estaban the employee in the morning that was kind enough to help us out.
Disliked: Late evening were started to find bugs all in our beds ceiling and room, plus was really dirty. went to front the office and the employee in the front desk said there was nothing she could do, we wanted a refund and she said only the manager could do that, she was rude and didn’t want to help we would have left the hotel but was late and no hotels available. In the morning Estaban the employee for the morning shift helped us out give us a discount and canceled our extra day turned out the employee could also cancel and give us a discount. Won’t ever go back there.

Out stay was unpleasant

Disliked: The room had bugs and lizards.No room service after asking to only take out the sheets and trash.

Liked: The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevators looked loke there had been water damage to the floors. Overall it just looks a bit rundown and could use a refresh.

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: Elevator didn’t work second day. We were on the 4th floor. Breakfast hours should be extended earlier and later an hour. The weekend should remain earlier and close later bc most people are there for an event.
