Everything was very good except...

Liked: Staff did meet our expectations by turning the thermostat to our desired temperature before we arrived. The a/c worked very well which helped us sleep better.
Disliked: Coffee was luke warm when I went to breakfast at 6:30am. I complained to desk and was told they would let kitchen staff know. Fifteen minutes later no change. I finally saw the kitchen staff and complained. She argued it hasn't had time to get cold and she couldn't throw out a whole pot of coffee. I argued no one will drink it because coffee is supposed to be HOT. She finally gave in.

Liked: I liked the beach being so close. Pool was right by our bedroom.
Disliked: The door that leads outside from our room didn't lock. They charge for parking.
