Disliked: problem with our reservation, it took an hour to sort out , while we waited in the lobby, also the whole hotel was freezing, and our room heater had to run steady just to stay warm. the pool was out of order

Disliked: Showed up at 4:00 room was dirty. Told me they would call me when it was. Didn’t get a call and had to come back 3 hours later to get them to go check again.
