Will be back every time for a show. Walking distance 5 minutes.

Liked: Close to venue; parking right near room in garage.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Close to everything in a walking distance.

Liked: Very close to everything - dining, shopping, clubs.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

The facility is not worth...

Liked: Location was relatively close to my office making it a short 10 mins walk.
Disliked: Rooms are dated, pillows not comfortable, parking garage was used as the smoking area which it was not the designated smoking area so it smelled coming in and out of the property. I inquired on staying one more night and the rate jumped from around 210 to 440. I found many other properties closer to the river in much more desired areas for $125+ less. I’m a bonvoy member and landed at the Marriott property, Fairfield Inn which is much nicer and a way better buy.

Surprisingly comfortable, convenient and reasonably...

Liked: I had a good view of Ft. Lauderdale from my room on the 8th floor. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location, for me, was very convenient to Las Olas.
Disliked: I wish there were healthier breakfast options such as yoghurt and fruit - even bananas would be welcome. I wasn't terribly keen on the coffee.

Superb

Liked: Second stay much better than first stay. Room was quiet and peaceful.Comfy bed.Plumber came and fitted a shower head on third day so that improved the shower greatly. Plumber was very friendly and efficient a credit to hotel.
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast. No yogurts or almond milk and none to replace them on first breakfast. Second day no yogurt, almond milk or normal milk either and nothing to replace. Dried cereal to eat but difficult as very sweet due to being sugar coated. Hit and miss breakfast as once supplies are gone limited choice although if you like egg potatoes and sausages that was well maintained.

Disliked: Ice machines did not work on our floor or on the floor above.

Liked: Comfy bed, hot shower, complimentary breakfast,
Disliked: Adjoining door on room meant listening to loud TV in next room and hot sex session 3 times in one night. Thought I was next door to porn studio.
