Hotel was okay, but check-in...

Liked: Location is good, hotel lobby and room were clean.
Disliked: The receptionist was not very welcoming. If she is the best you can hire, you should keep looking. Having never used the cell phone app to open the room door, I went back to the front desk for assistance. She appeared to be "put out" because of my request for her assistance.
