Disappointing for a Hampton.

Disliked: Asked for additional light in handicapped room. Floor lamp promised but not delivered. Plastic bottle and wrappers under bed. Shampoo and body wash bottles in shower empty. Manager gave us a $50 credit on the room rate.

It was a nicer breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was better than most
Disliked: Our door wouldn’t close unless we slammed it and had to push it open. And the booking wasn’t there when I arrived, probably not there problem but it was inconvenient

We'd definitely stay again. Despite...

Liked: Wonderful staff. very helpful and courteous, especially Terrence who helped with TV issues.
Disliked: Transformer blew so we were without power for several hours.
