Disappointing. I am a fan...
Liked: Front desk staff were very polite and efficient.
Disliked: Layout of room - lights by the bed required you to get out of bed to turn on and off. Not enough outlets near the bed for two people. Confusing TV and the printed TV listing was in the drawer covered by a layer of dust which we didn't want to touch/use.

Liked: Booked through 3rd party and the hotel could give a care. I had to demand the manager call another hotel to check for availability and he was put out when I’ve stayed her numerous times over 2 years. Basic attitude was not my problem. Goodbye Hampton Inns 👋

It was miserable!
Liked: location was great
Disliked: The red, painful, swollen and itchy bug bites (18total) that I incurred during my stay there.After noticing the bites, I immediately went to the front desk and they moved us to another room and there I did not get any new bites.The hotel room appeared extremely clean on inspection as we tore the bed apart and could not find anything.The majority of bites appeared in a straight line across my upper back to my left shoulder, then up my neck to my jaw line, with several on my arms. I realize that all it takes is 1 dirty customer to bring their infestation with them. After a one week stay there I am exhausted from lack of a good nights sleep and still itching these nasty bites. After much internet review I am pretty much sure what type of bug was feasting on me at night and can expect the bites to resolve in another week or so, which means I will itching for another whole week. This stay ruined my holiday visit with relatives. And now I have to worry and take precautions that we did not bring home any critters with us.
