Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff were rude at the front desk. We stood there for 5 minutes while 2 people behind the desk looked at their computer screens. They didn’t even acknowledge us and we were less than 3 feet apart. Another person stepped out from the office for a minute, also not acknowledging us. In the service industry the guest should always be the top priority. Also when I let her know I had registered online the day before she said “we don’t do that”. When I asked about the $50 charge, she explained it and then said I don’t know why “they” didn’t tell you about it. She was the one that handled the registration, so I’m not sure who “they” are. We had a reservation to stay there on our way back home in March, but cancelled it.

Liked: The breakfast was a wonderful treat each morning.Coffee could have been better and we needed more in the room.The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: The AC in our room wasn't working correctly.The AC would not shut off and the air was not cool.The temperature of the room at times got to warm.

Liked: Location was very good and the room was great and the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good. Sausages, dry and hard. Eggs were not very good and it was not very much of anything. The juice machine was not working. Overall the entire breakfast was probably the worst of all the Hamptons we’ve stayed at. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel, the last two days and went out to eat at other restaurants because the food was pretty bad
