Poor Expectations

Disliked: Homeless living in the bushes around the hotel, water main break in the main parking lot, construction zone, nails and screws in the parking lot, lower level security doors that don't lock..

Safety concern

Liked: Room clean, staff was nice just did not deliver on guarantees.
Disliked: We had a wheelchair handicapped family member that booked an accessible room on the first floor in advance which was not delivered on. Our family was assured over the phone by staff the room was booked. Huge safety issue as in a fire or power outage he would have been stuck on the second floor. Not only that, but the non-accessible rooms have really high beds which as someone without working legs, he struggled to get into. These issues should never happen.
