Disliked: Pillows needed replacing 2 were flat, 1 was smelly

Disliked: Charged me for a pre paid room. Would not recommend booking through booking.com since they dont honor pre paid rooms. Front desk didnt explain that the room wasnt paid for and charged me after the stay. No body present during check out

Disliked: Your staff was very rude. First because I had booked thru third party, she couldn't find my reservation. She was not very welcoming at all. My husband asked a question and asked to see in it writing. She turned to me and asked if I wanted the room or not. Sad experience to the start of our month-long travels. The long in to the internet was not user friendly. Stayed at various brands and although your facility was new and clean was not the best of all our stays. Breakfast was good.
