Disappointing

Disliked: Wifi did not connect to laptop, front desk said "laptops don't connect well".Main floor room smelled like smoke, no working clock.

Terrible night at Hampton Hotel,...

Liked: Julie at the front desk was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The room was full of a short dark hair everywhere, there were dust webs or spider webs hanging in 6 different places, and on the comforter there was some pink stuff on it. On my email I received it said one king size room and this is what I asked for when I booked it, but when we went into the room it was two queen size beds. I love the Hampton Hotel but after the stay on 9-7-2024 in Lansing, MI I am not sure if we will stay at one again.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the proximity to campus. Breakfast is great and starts your day off right. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our first stay was last summer. This was our 4th - it's become our go to choice in East Lansing. Go Green
Disliked: Everything was great.
