Liked: Clean and great location , 1 block away from Elm St Bakery and not far from Bar-Bill. Stayed here the night before Buffalo Bills play off game. It was perfect!!!

Liked: The property was very clean and staff was polite and friendly.
Disliked: Out of the 3 night stay, we only had ONE hot shower. And that was just myself. My husband was never able to take a hot shower! The water temperature ranged between cool and barely warm! We even tried showering at different times of the day, but that didn’t make a difference at all. With the outside weather being rainy and in the 40’s, we were freezing! Management should really look into making sure there is enough hot water for all the guests! Very disappointing for sure! It’s a shame because the hotel was very clean and convenient for us.
