Disliked: They didn’t allow me to stay even after paying for my room, I messaged saying I would be there from 1-2 am and they wouldn’t refund me or allow me to get the room

Property does not honor third...

Liked: For two stays the property refused to recognize booking.com's reservation confirmation number as well as the fact that we prepaid. We had to call the CC company twice to get the second charges reversed. If we go through there again, we will not use bookin.com for that property and will try not to stay there.

Other than that. Everything else...

Liked: I didn’t like the fact that I paid for two rooms and I only got one. So that’s a problem that needs to be addressed

Liked: I liked the location and price. I also liked points applied to Hilton rewards
Disliked: Noise in the hall. I think little kids were running down the hall. Laughing and yelling. Hope it was kids

Great stay and great service.

Liked: Good breakfast.....close to the casino.
Disliked: Side entrance door to the hotel made a lot of noise..... people coming in and out, our room was next to it.
