Miserable staff and poor breakfast...

Liked: The location was central
Disliked: The staff were miserable and clearly very unhappy. The lady at reception moaned about the area and the lady at breakfast didn’t even look at us once.

Disliked: They didn’t allow me to stay even after paying for my room, I messaged saying I would be there from 1-2 am and they wouldn’t refund me or allow me to get the room

Property does not honor third...

Liked: For two stays the property refused to recognize booking.com's reservation confirmation number as well as the fact that we prepaid. We had to call the CC company twice to get the second charges reversed. If we go through there again, we will not use bookin.com for that property and will try not to stay there.

Other than that. Everything else...

Liked: I didn’t like the fact that I paid for two rooms and I only got one. So that’s a problem that needs to be addressed
