We unfortunately had to leave the hotel early as we had a family emergency at home. We literally checked in and had to leave two hours later. Unfortunately, because we booked through a booking agency, we were unable to get any of our money back. I think this is a standard or policy that needs to be changed.

Disliked: Housekeeping could use some guidance-several items including a thc vape pen found by a grandchild by the bed. We could see a condom in wrapper by the bed too. Room seemed much warmer than the thermostat
