Disliked: Poor computer system at check in & out.

Great hotel a little too...

Disliked: The price for 1 night a little too expensive. Love the hotel . We stay there everytime we go to Benezett.

Liked: The only reason this hotel got 1 was because the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The only reason this hotel got 1 was because the breakfast was decent. First: a hassle at check in because the booking was thru Booking.com. We always use it because the cxl policy is good. Obviously the FD Agent did not know how to read the reservation coming from Booking.com because we never had a problem before. Second: the walls are paper thin and the guest next door could have been in our room that is how clear we heard him barfing ( 5:30am). Third: The hotel phone was never plugged in, there wasn’t even a cord! Fourth: TV remote was no where to be found and when I called she said she was swapped and could not get one for the room for a half hour. Fifth: There was someone’s garbage in the drawer. Sorry Hampton Inn, never again!

Disliked: The beds were hard, the pillows were terrible, and the room had musty smell.

Disliked: First room we were put in smelt like a very strong Oder of dirty socks. We were able to move to another room which was better. We went to use the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub was covered so that was a big disappointment. Then we went to swim the next morning and there was a sign on the door that the pool was closed, and no one could tell us why. They just said if there is a sign on the door, you won’t be able to use the pool. That is why we picked this hotel was to use the pool, so my 12 yr. old daughter was upset. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
