Disliked: TV channels did not work, smoke alarm went off in middle of night- pool condensation according to staff, elevator was scary making lots of uncomfortable noises, water in shower was barely warm making showering difficult

Liked: I loved the bed. It was the right comfort level. I also loved the very soft, fluffy pillows.
