Liked: Great location. Excellent pool. Great breakfast variety. Very clean hotel and staff is friendly and helpful.

Liked: Considering this is managed by Hilton the entire facility needs a face lift. The hallway carpets were vacuumed but 100 years old, the walls in our room there were cracks in the paper, the mattress was very uncomfortable. There are no exceptional hotels in Dickson, we stayed next door last time. It was more expensive, but the overall stay was better, so worth it.

Liked: Check-in was a breeze, and our room was clean. Beds were cozy.
Disliked: The room, next to us, we assumed had a scheduled wake-up call, and the phone rang for a solid 20-minute never-ending. We checked out early, and the phone continued to ring as we exited our room. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they stated it was an employee room, and another employee was probably trying to get in touch.
