Forgotten coats

Liked: I booked 3 rooms for my large family, only for one night. Everything in all of the rooms were cleaned and stocked. Breakfast was good and they kept food out, breakfast area was clean. Everything was good. Staff was very friendly. I forgot my kids coats hanging up in the closet, and didn't realize until we got back to the other side of the state. My kids cried when they found out, because they love them. They were so helpful and quick to send the jackets out to me, once I purchased a shipping label. Above and beyond.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I was a bit sad to see there was no hot tub, but that was my fault for not specifically making sure there was.

Liked: The location was close to everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
