Disliked: Unfortunately there was not a Bible in the room. Perhaps this is a local decision or corporate, but, none the less I find that reading God's word is an important daily aspect of my life.

The staff are great! And...
Liked: Breakfast was really nice. The kitchen person was absolutely so pleasant when presenting the food. And so were the girls at the desk especially Erin. They’re so polite and respectful. And even the women doing the room cleans were so very sweet. I’ve stayed here 4 times I think and the staff are just the best! Every one of them. Thank you to all of them!
Disliked: I hate how the towels are stored over the toilet! E-coli! Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting. Both of these things are places for germs. I dread those things in hotels.

I will never stay here...

Disliked: I wish I could give this place zero stars. My family and I recently stayed at this hotel prior to attending a funeral, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only was the service beyond atrocious, but the staff was downright cruel.First, there was no running water for an entire day! Which they said they warned us about, but we received no phone calls or email about water. But, we DID receive a bill via email. An absolute disgrace. We knew this hotel was under construction and chose to stay here in spite of this. It would have been very easy to inform us of the water outage. They failed to do so and mocked us when we inquired about when the water would be restored. We couldn't shower, use the bathroom, or even wash our hands. When we brought this up with the front desk, they acted like it was no big deal and offered no support or apology. My mother in law and partner had to attend their father/grandfather’s funeral with no shower/no face washed/no washed hands/etc.But the worst part? The staff openly mocked the family despite knowing we were in town for a funeral. Talk about kicking us while we were down…And they did so openly in front of my girlfriend and her sister. I’m really disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I still can't believe the level of insensitivity and heartlessness we experienced. They made inappropriate jokes about the situation, showing zero respect for what we were going through. My family was devastated, and the hotel staff only added to our grief. This place is a disgrace. If you want basic human decency and working amenities, DO NOT stay here.It's the worst hotel l've ever been to, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs! George, the manager, was not helpful, not respectful, did not provide management level service or make the stay any better. I was extremely disappointed with the experience.

Always friendly and clean
Liked: The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. I stay here every other month and my interactions with staff is always pleasant.
Disliked: The renovations that were going on up on the third floor seemed to be right above my room. Banging, dropping, sawing all day all night. The parking situation isn't ideal either right now. As I'm happy to see the renovations taking place it does cause some minor inconvenience. I also checked in online and chose my room but upon arrival I was told I couldn't have that room and was moved to the second floor. Also the day I arrived the elevator was out of service. Fortunately, the front desk person helped me carry by luggage up stairs.
