It sucked. Very disappointing

Liked: The bed was clean & comfortable & breakfast was great
Disliked: The police was freezing & the hot tub EMPTY. The room we were put in was next to the ice machine & elevator. VERY NOISY. The room was also right above the front entrance & was NOISY & BRIGHT ALL NIGHT. WE COULDN'T EVEN GET IT DARK WITH THE DRAPES PULLED. WE ARE A FAMILY THAT NEEDS TOTAL DARKNESS & QUIET TO SLEEP. IT WAS A MISERABLE NIGHT & STAY. I EMAILED THE HOTEL & HAVE NOT HEARD BACK A SINGLE WORD. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Good value, close to where...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was a little runny, but overall, a good breakfast. Location was good.
Disliked: Location was good, but getting in and out of the property was awkward; not the hotel's fault. City of Westminster laid out the streets.
