Good for price, would stay...

Liked: Rooms seemed clean, staff nice, decent breakfast, bed soft and good tv channels!
Disliked: pillows suck so bad, they hurt my neck. also at like 7am there were a bunch of loud consistent bangs somewhere, sounded like on level 1 or 2, front desk didnt know what we were talking about, but other guest had heard it and it woke them up too.

Costumer service was on point....

Liked: We were very pleasant with breakfast. I love the waffle maker. My kids love waffles so it was perfect.
Disliked: The beds were not too comfortable, but it was ok.

Liked: I loved the fire pit, the pool and the jacuzzi. The hot breakfast was amazing!

Liked: Considering the hurricane had just come through, everyone was very attentive and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi was still out- through no fault of the hotel.

Miserable. Stayed in many Hiltons...

Liked: breakfast, location. Staff did the best they could because of the hurricane.
Disliked: Was told upfront the hotel had generator but they didnt. Lost power and were in the dark for hours. No elevator use so had to use stairs to drag our stuff to car. We are seniors and health problems. Not enough handicapped parking places.Water poured in from the air conditioner from outside in all even number 2nd floor rooms. No microwave in room.
