Liked: Everything was amazing! Breakfast was outstanding! Excellent variety of food! Breakfast was open until late which is good for me and my family. We are not early risers. The pool was open late as well. Very nice stay! Comfortable beds and clean rooms! Cozy!

Power trip employee going against...

Liked: Love the location and the cleanliness! Employees have always been exceptional until this visit
Disliked: Traveling with my service dog, I have NEVER had an issue until one employee named Nex literally came at both my husband and I over my dog. I was told I would be charged and the other employee shouldn't have left us in !!! Mind you, we literally just came from Virginia Hampton Inn and no issues. She was down right nasty to the point of I said I need to walk away from you and I wanted to speak with someone higher up. I was told nobody was available on the weekend! The next morning the gentleman working apologized up and down, I was not charged. Every employee until this point were exceptional and loved our girl. I did a follow-up email and never heard a thing. Very sad...
