Disliked: Room very old and not clean. Smells bad!

Disliked: Old dirty I could not believe that Hampton had its name on something like this was very disappointing

Liked: not much! Not up to Hilton standards!
Disliked: Hotel was old, dirty, and noisy. I have always been a fan of Hampton Inn, and I'm willing to pay a little extra because of there appearance and service. This Hotel does not meet the standards of Hampton Inn. Very disappointed!

Disliked: The room was way below par. More like a motel six room. Extremely disappointing Bed was horrible - dingy bathroom subpar - lousy

Disliked: Poor staff. Arrived to find no pillows on our king bed. Asked the front desk and 4 hours later there were still no pillows. I had to go to the lobby and wait in a 15 minute line , then waited 20 more minutes in the lobby. Terrible.

Disliked: Staff had no sense of urgency. Was like watching sloths work, the doors were on the outside like a Howard Johnson. Has 70s era dirty furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I actually considered switching to IHG rewards over Hilton.

Was going to stay 4 nights but only stayed one and canceled and moved to Holiday Inn

Liked: Nothing. Hotel was not what I usually get for a Hampton inn. Stayed at many wont stay again.
Disliked: Toilet was too low and was an older one and wastes water. Shower was dirty. The AC unit made a horrible noise at night which made it impossible to sleep. Beds did not appear to have clean sheets on them. There was a funky order in the room.
