Liked: I called this property to book a room for a short one night stay; due to a wedding I was in, my husband needed the room for himself. When I called, I asked if they offered a late checkout. The staff member on the phone was happy to provide that for him. However, upon my husband’s arrival, they told him they were unable to accommodate that due to their housekeeping schedules. When I called and spoke to a member of their staff regarding this problem, they were able to locate the late checkout note, and happily fixed the misunderstanding. My husband also raved about their continental breakfast. He said out of the many hotel breakfasts he has had, this Hampton offered the best selection and he was very pleased.
