Liked: elevator didn't work, stuck us on the 3rd floor, didn't even offer discount on room or any compensation for having to walk up 3 flights of stairs for our 3 night stay.

Liked: The location was perfect for where I needed to be.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. Causing several trips up and down stairs for luggage and essentials. As an individual with asthma and a recent knee surgery this was a huge inconvenience. I think consumers paying that amount to stay should be advised. When I opted to locate a different room elsewhere I was advised that I would still be charged as it would be a late cancellation. Seems a bit unfair. So you are just stuck to deal with it. Several loud guests with slamming doors and children running in the hallways.
