Disliked: Elevator was out of service. Has been out of service for the past 15 days. Customers should be made aware of this.Exhaust fan switch in guess room disabled. No lights, no paper towels in men rest room on the first floor and Emergency lights not working.

Liked: elevator didn't work, stuck us on the 3rd floor, didn't even offer discount on room or any compensation for having to walk up 3 flights of stairs for our 3 night stay.
Disliked: clean rooms and wonderful breakfast
