Passable

Disliked: There was no internet connection our entire stay. We were told repeatedly it would be corrected in a few hours but it never happened. We originally booked through booking.com for $120 a night. Our son died and we had to stay an extra night and book through Hilton. We were charged $150 even though our son had just died. I don’t believe that is the way to treat a family who just lost their son

Jeffrey will make sure you...

Liked: It was clean the location was great and Jeffrey was amazing!
Disliked: It was all I could ask for. We didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast but we did enjoy the complimentary candy canes and the hot tea set up at the front desk.

Okay, seems like there are...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, reasonably good breakfast and we slept well.
Disliked: Toilets are too low and in a tight space.Even my tiny spouse thought it was too tight a space.The heater didn’t work in the first room so we had to move.
