Liked: All is good for hotel — just sad it’s sooo loud because of the trucks downshifting right outside the window BUT that is also the good part that the hotel is so easy to access from the interstate. Can’t have everything i guess

Exceptional

Our stay was decent.

Liked: Staff was wonderful. The place was clean. Location was excellent considering we were there for the Polar Express Train Experience.
Disliked: Everything was great except the pool. We went stayed there at the end of November. The heat was not on in the pool area and the pool was really cold. Someone did come in to turn on the pool heater while were there but they said it would take several hours to heat up. Our family and the other families trying to use the pool were only able to swim a few minutes due to the cold.
