Disliked: Room smelled so bad!!Wallpaper coming off in bathroomElevator broke. Had to walk down another hall to get the elevator because lobby elevator was broke. To get on the elevator you’re in their laundry area where an employee was doing laundry. Also their break room. Ice machine broke on my floor.Parking lot not well lit. I’m unloading my car in the main entrance. 3 employees sitting right out front there smoking. The smell was going into my car. They didn’t even say hello. Not a welcoming feeling.My ottoman was ripped.By the chair the walls were all scratched up and paint coming off the walls.Humming from fridge constantNo plug in sinkMold around the metal in the tubFloors in halls filthyCarpet in my room dirtyPillows were horrible. Liked: The breakfast was delicious and we had everything we needed. FYI the biscuit gravy was wonderful. The dining area was very clean and well kept up... very impressed with the upkeep of that area.
Disliked: The only inconvenience was having the main elevator out of service at the time... but even that was no big deal because we understand that maintenance just needs to happen.

Liked: Our room location was great.
Disliked: Saturday breakfast was not good; cold, not enough variety. Sunday breakfast was a bit better, but still not enough variety. The facilities are very dated and the carpet in our room was just terrible.
