Liked: It was fairly clean. Staff was very nice and attentive.
Disliked: The bed was terrible, the noise was rough and we had to use the service elevator because the regular elevator was broken. The shower curtain rod had broken screws and wouldn’t keep the shower curtain in place, so water went all over the bathroom when you showered.

Liked: The staff checking in and out had great customer service! We were very pleased with the breakfast options and the facility was clean.
Disliked: We mainly stay at Hampton/Hilton Hotels and this poor building Is overdue for a remodel!! The room was clean, however the bed was at least 15-20 years old. The carpet was well past its life expectancy and the tub looked dirty with the stained porcelain, however it was as clean as it was going to get. This area is popular for people visiting the Cornelia and Helen areas, so why not give this Hampton Inn what it deserves!
