Felt safe and right at...

Liked: Above and beyond. The lady at the front desk was exceptional!

Would not return to this...

Disliked: The rooms were not clean, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, with visible dust and hair from previous visitors. You needed 2-3 pillows per person to make it into a decent pillow. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread, the toilet and tub were not very clean. There was water leaking from the ceiling right outside of our rooms, with a trash can collecting the water. Where the water was leaking from is black. Very unsatisfied for a Hampton Inn!
