Liked: When I arrived at your hotel, I was advised that my room had been given to somebody else because you guys were overbooked. I had booked the spa king room suite, and when I arrived, I was basically asked if I would take a a queen double room. The reason for our stay was for the particular room with the spa tub in the king bed at that time I canceled my reservation and had to find another place to stay to meet my accommodations which was not found, and I spent more money than I anticipated and had to pay to park
Disliked: Our room was booked at least a week in advance and we were not notified that I would not have a room when we arrive to the hotel. I have to traveling two hours to arrive to the destination.

Bad

Disliked: I didn't like that I was unable to contact this property at all within 6 days and several attempts at several different numbers. I don't know whether this was a scam or not, but I did not stay there!!
