Nice but could be better

Liked: Convenient location. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: No one at the front desk when we arrived. TV remote was taped together and dirty. It had dried pizza sauce on it. Obviously not sanitized. Rates seem a little pricey for the location. I guess because there's not much competition. Check in email was still referring to COVID guidelines. Time to update!

I will never stay at...

Disliked: The room was not serviced after my first night so the second day I had no clean washcloth, hand towel or bath towel. I also had no coffee or cups for the second morning. When I asked the front desk they told me they only serviced rooms every two days. They gave me towels and coffee but no cups and I had to take them to the room myself. We were going to eat breakfast but the smell was horrible so we left the lobby as quickly as possible.

Liked: The waffles, beagle and oatmeal was good.
Disliked: The fresh melon was hard and the eggs were cold.
