In all, it was a...

Liked: Staff friendly, hotel very clean and well lit. Breakfast was great. No problem only the pool heater went out and the area was cold as well as the water.
Disliked: Heated pool area

Liked: Location
Disliked: Hotel didn't honor room request, Staff was rude and made us feel unwelcome because of booking through a 3rd party. No shampoo, toilet paper or Kleenex in the room upon check in.

Very poor

Liked: Desk associate was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and the bed literally looked like it was thrown together. Had the strangest chair in the room. It was soo high your feet couldn't touch the floor (and I have really long legs). Every other continental breakfast offers yogurt, but not this location. A lot of people eat yogurt and fruit for breakfast.
