Pleasant, good location and breakfast

Liked: The breakfast selection was wonderful and staff were helpful and very pleasant.
Disliked: I was a bit put out by noisy neighbors (slamming doors at 2am - hallway) but that is not something I expect the Hotel to be able to control. I was otherwise very pleased with my stay.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were very nice and kept up on the food and cleaning.
Disliked: The pool was pretty dirty. Don’t think the filter was working very well. Water had a greenish color to it as well.

Disappointing.

Disliked: We were given our room key went to our room and were shocked. The lights were on,the beds slept in, bathroom towels everywhere, needless to say it had not been cleaned. We carried our luggage back downstairs and they gave us a new room. We felt unsettled the next two days. I contacted Booking but true to their customer service nothing was done or responded to. We had to move our date because of sickness and were charged$80 more dollars for this experience.
