Insane horrible customer service

Liked: What did I like? Absolutely nothing I can't believe what actually happened I booked the room online for the third day or already in the room for 2 days was told I had to stop there with my ID because of some silly reason I was working and not able to be there until 7:00 One of my girlfriend to be there earlier than that since we were in the room for 3 days and paid for it online then I call up make sure everything's okay told him I'm coming with my ID and credit card I was told that the room was canceled because of some situation or incident excuse me? Wtf! And then I can't even be told what was a problem or why I was unable to rent it and would not be able to rent at Hampton because of a reason they will not tell me actually the worst customer service experience of my life in any situation paid for it in a situation where it didn't have money on the other card had to go to bank transactions find another room so much hassle for I still don't know why I will never stay at a Hampton ever again so I don't care if they don't want me to stay there this is unbelievable A little courtesy maybe and just tell me why and what happened would be great instead of enjoying telling me that can't say I can't stay there
Disliked: Everything I wrote about I'm being treated like a piece of s*** not told why I can't stay and since I already paid the money for the room where is my refund how are you going to cancel my room and not give me the money back insane

Liked: Rooms were clean, updated & cozy. Pool was clean and bright, hot tub was clean, hot and bubbly. Breakfast was almost the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Outstanding hotel for families!
Disliked: There isn’t anything I can say!

Over all beside ac/heat it...

Liked: It was clean, staff was very nice and restaurant’s are close to hotel
Disliked: Original booked room ac/heat was so loud couldn’t sleep all night than staff gave different room ac/staff temperature is not controlling properly keep need to change up and down
