Liked: The breakfast was great and the shower head in the bathroom was nice and relaxing. Very convenient location as well.
Disliked: Staff could have been a bit more welcoming.

Liked: I got the room up on the 3 third floor which they gave me when I got there Great breakfast too. My room was very clean
Disliked: Well the only down fall was the pillows were so flat to sleep on and also there was no coffee filter basket for the coffee maker I was going to get it ready for my boyfriend for the next mourning. Called the front desk she said come down and get one it was getting late we were ready for bed had to get up early for on the road which I was a little disappointed ☹️ And when I checked in she was rude about my card we don't expect money you paid in advance. I already had a rough day too.

Disliked: BOOLKING .COM MADE THE RESERVATION. THEN I TRIED TO CANCEL BUT IT WAS NONREUNDABLE. THEN THEY SPOKE TO HAMPTON INN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD THINK AVBOUT IT THEN BOOKING TOLD ME NO SO WE CHANGED PLANS AND WENT . HAMPTON INN SAID RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED AND THE HOTEL WAS FULL. THE CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND MOVED THING TO ACCOMMADATE ME BUT I HAD TO PAY AGAIN. THEY SAID PAYMENT WAS RETURNED TO BOOKING. I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.

Liked: Location close to highway for 1 night quick stop to our destination

Convenient to Cleveland, but not...

Liked: The staff was attentive and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was small and we didn't have any bedding for the pull out sofa. When I went to inquire, they only had sheets, no blanket or pillow. That didn't make for a good night's sleep.
