Great location and pleasant staff,...

Liked: We stay here because it’s a great location just off the highway in a quiet spot and just a block from lots of good restaurants. The rooms are cleaned well, and the staff very welcoming.
Disliked: This hotel was recently renovated, but honestly it has not held up well — carpet edges frayed, caulk around shower dried up and darkened, furniture banged up. Too bad.

Liked: The staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Mattresses were very hard. Did not have great sleep. Both of woke up sore every morning. Would have stayed longer if the beds were more comfortable.

Liked: Tina on staff was huge in helping me with my reservation when the inclement weather prevented our stay. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us out in a very disappointing situation.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: the heater was not easy to use. Instructions as to its use should be in the room.

Liked: Room was nice, check was quick, bed was comfortable, and nice shower
Disliked: Breakfast was meehhh, housekeeping started too early in the morning, permits were all over front doors and no work was being done (looked tacky).
