Great stay, very quiet and...

Liked: The staff were terrific. Dale was extremely kind and helpful. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the room, especially with how busy the hotel was when I was there. The breakfast was ok, it was pretty standard. More healthy options would be great.

Nice weekend trip!

Liked: Our stay was great! Easy check in, clean room, free breakfast. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and more. Egg were iffy.
Disliked: This location was very busy when we stayed! Had to park in the back. Not a huge deal at all.

Excellent, but bring your own...

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, everything thing was clean, updated and well maintained. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The absolute ONLY criticism I have is about the pillows. Even though they provided 4 on the bed and a spare if needed, they were small and very wimpy and not very functional and caused me to not get a restful sleep.I guess there is one other criticism. Lighting in the room was provided only by 2 lamps on the nightstands and a desk lamp. It was impossible to read the directions for the in room coffee maker due to the lack of lighting. I'm probably being over critical because this Hotel and the room were far nicer than most we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of Hotels.I'd re-book here in a heartbeat if we were to stay in that area again.

Excellent clean and friendly hotel

Liked: It was clean, quiet and with friendly staff. Some nice restaurants in walking distance.

A wonderful stay in Solon

Liked: Everything was good. Natalia or was it Natasha was an excellent front desk lady who was very sweet to our six year old daughter. Promote her immediately.
Disliked: Nothing.

Pleasant

Liked: It was easy to get to and the staff were nice.
Disliked: The door to our bathroom didn't close and the HVAC was very loud. The breakfast did not have waffles which is a highlight of a hotel free breakfast.
