I've stayed at much better Hamptons.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room was small; breakfast was mediocre and the parking garage kept us hostage.

Liked: Made our first trip experience to Cleveland a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful along with the valet service. We are definitely planning our next weekend trip to Cleveland. Hotel was very easy to get to and within walking distance to many different attractions.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful. Stayed one night and it was enjoyable. Need better bed pillows but give the place an A.

Stayed in town for a concert at House of Blues. It was a great experience and the accommodations were wonderful. We were within walking distance, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Liked: Valet was great, hotel is close to Browns Stadium plus restaurants etc. Newly renovated, great continental breakfast - overall good experience.
Disliked: No refrigerator, ice machine broken on newly renovated level.
