Liked: It was close to my family
Disliked: The indoor pool was not available to use and we were not informed when checking in. I seen a sign laying on the counter saying pool is under going maintenance so it’s unavailable. When I asked the clerk about it, he said we could use the pool in hotel across the parking lot at their sister hotel. Well it’s 28* outside and I’m not going to walk across the parking lot in that temperature with a 4 year old and 10 month old after getting out of a pool. I told him this was not except able The pool was the only reason I booked at this hotel. I asked to cancel and was told I would still be charged the first night. I could’ve stayed at the Super 8 which was $40 cheaper a night and the only difference was they don’t have the indoor pool. I’ve stayed there numerous times. Also the children take baths and they put us in a handicap room and the tub was not equipped with a tub stopper so we had to give the 4 year old and 10 month old showers.

Disappointing

Disliked: no pool the pool room was filled with mold it was whole purpose of booking this hotel
