Liked: Location was close to Kings Island and good restaurants
Disliked: Our room was not ready at 3:45 pm, was told to wait 20 more minutes but couldn't guarantee house keeping would be done; due to they were sold out sell the night before. Website says 3pm check in. We had load our bags back into the car.

A lot of little issues....

Liked: Breakfast tasted good, but was limited in options. AC worked, and the shower had good water pressure.
Disliked: We had a hard time checking in because staff rarely seemed to actually be behind the desk. Once we did check in, we noticed a lot of little issues with the room. There was a lighbulb out in one of the bedside table lamps. We asked if they could change the lightbulb, since it would be such a quick and easy thing to do. But they said maintenance wasnt there, and he couldn't change the lightbulb. He was going to offer us a different room, but there weren't any available. Instead, he offered a refund and said we could stay somewhere else. Such a dramatic offer for just a lightbulb.The sheets had a black scuff mark on them. The shower had hair in it. The shampoo pump was broken. The bathroom sink drain plug was stuck in the down position. The wallpaper was peeling. There were just a lot of small issues. It was fine, but way overpriced for the experience.

Disliked: An older gentleman in particular at the front desk was unbelievably rude to my girlfriend and I from the moment we crossed the threshold.
