Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No extra blankets. Hot tub was cold on the first night and the next morning too much chemical. Burning eyes and throat. Booked a room here because of the hot tub - very disappointed.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walk through the door the room was spacious very clean and well appropriated I did not use the pool although I saw other guests going in and out of there same with the workout room lots of seating for gatherings and breakfast or just hanging out in the front breakfast had many different offerings to appeal to lots of tastes I was surprised to see that they had red velvet waffles as well as the original I have never seen that before it was conveniently located near restaurants and main roads the only problem I saw was the parking lot was not properly plowed and or salted it was very snowy and icy but as we drove around I realized that Massachusetts does not clear parking lots or side roads in general they were all in this condition I'm from Connecticut we get the same weather our roads are clear including our side roads and our parking lots are plowed down to the pavement it was rather dangerous moving around outside

Did not meet my expectations

Disliked: Horrible first experience staying here. Will never book a stay here again. My check in experience was terrible. I waited in the lobby for over an hour because your system was showing that the payment did not go through and it was showing it went through on my end. Whoever the front desk people were were very rude. Even the customers behind me in line were appalled. I also believe I’m a Hilton honors member and I did not get my incentive upon check in but the gentlemen behind me did. Just ridiculous.

Disliked: I only spent night was late check in to have a place to rest nothing to complain about :)

Liked: Location close to the Mass Pike. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Although close to the Mass Pike exit it's very difficult to get to the hotel itself. The sign at the driveway was small and I drove by it once and had to circle around a confusing route.
