Very good service and caring of customers - we had taken a walk and they gave us water after coming back. When I tried to pay, she said "enjoy".

The staff was great and welcoming; the room was clean. The location was good. I went for an overnight to see a show. It was fine and comfy.

Disliked: I didn't stay long, so didn't take advantage of most amenities. I asked about places nearby for a late snack and drink, and the staff didn't know of any.

Liked: Location was good, very easy access to the expressway. The room was surprisingly nice for the price. Breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of tasty food options to choose from. I was very pleased with my overall stay at this property!
Disliked: The one thing I didn't love but is common with hotels in the Downtown Chicago area is the parking situation. The spots were quite narrow for my SUV. I felt safe and it was quite clean and reasonably well lit, just tight spacing.
