Very good service and caring of customers - we had taken a walk and they gave us water after coming back. When I tried to pay, she said "enjoy".
Liked: Service.
Disliked: Nothing.

The staff was great and welcoming; the room was clean. The location was good. I went for an overnight to see a show. It was fine and comfy.
Disliked: I didn't stay long, so didn't take advantage of most amenities. I asked about places nearby for a late snack and drink, and the staff didn't know of any.

Really great hotel
Liked: Beautiful modern and clean room with fantastic city view. Spacious lounge and reception areas. Really decent breakfast.
Disliked: Kids in hotel pool after 9pm. Room keys stopped working during stay. Terrace area closed.

It was a great location,...
Liked: The location and the breakfast
Disliked: The staff seemed a little timid when assisting us. Not all of them but one lady wasn’t the most friendliest.

Good stay
Liked: Comfortable hotel located about 25 min walk from the city center, in a quiet area near the train station. The room was very spacious and overall the hotel was in very good shape. Has a gym and a pool, which is nice. Staff was helpful.

Very good
Liked: The whole experience at the hotel itself was not bad at all. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was alright. Not much variety but everything provided was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and the parking ramp employee was amazing!
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock and the parking situation was kind of a nightmare. The parking ramp meant for the hotel is also open to the public therefore finding a spot is very tough. People park like jerks by taking up multiple spots. At one point, the parking ramp employee had to ask someone sitting in their car to leave because they were taking up the only space available. If we have to pay $60.00 to park our cars there overnight, there should always be enough spots open for the guests. Other than that, the experience was great.
