Very good service and caring of customers - we had taken a walk and they gave us water after coming back. When I tried to pay, she said "enjoy".

The staff was great and welcoming; the room was clean. The location was good. I went for an overnight to see a show. It was fine and comfy.

Disliked: I didn't stay long, so didn't take advantage of most amenities. I asked about places nearby for a late snack and drink, and the staff didn't know of any.

Liked: The location and quality of the room.
Disliked: We asked for adjoining or rooms next to each other as we were traveling with 93 year old mother. Our rooms were across and down the hall from the other. That caused some confusion with mother.

Liked: Great hotel; location was very close to the train line and all the restaurants/shops we wanted to see in West Loop. Staff was attentive and room was very clean and comfortable.
