Very good service and caring of customers - we had taken a walk and they gave us water after coming back. When I tried to pay, she said "enjoy".

The staff was great and welcoming; the room was clean. The location was good. I went for an overnight to see a show. It was fine and comfy.

Disliked: I didn't stay long, so didn't take advantage of most amenities. I asked about places nearby for a late snack and drink, and the staff didn't know of any.

Disliked: Furniture in our room was sparse. No bureau to unpack our clothes. only one chair. we were 2 guests.

Disliked: Having to pay for parking even though it wasn’t guaranteed and it also wasn’t stated when booking that it would be an additional fee.

Disliked: I called few days after my stay on 10/22/2024 to ask for an invoice, front desk very rude put me on hold for about 15 minutes to tell me that I had to requested from booking.com.
