Excellent experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please and assist.

Liked: Room was perfect and front desk staff answered all questions concerning restaurants, Uber and local shopping.
Disliked: Limited parking but didn’t mind using valet parking.

Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

The little things made my...

Liked: I loved that I was able to check in, en route from the airport, on my phone. I was also able to obtain a room key during the transaction as well, so upon my arrival, I was greeted by guest services and immediately went up to my room. No stress or hassle. The room was clean and comfortable (no hair found in the linens or bathroom). The shower was fantastic. I definitely look forward to staying again.
Disliked: I have no complaints here. I had a great stay and experience.

This hotel is great for...

Liked: This hotel is conveniently located near Loyola University so it was perfect for our campus visit. The train station is also very close to the hotel in case we need to get around the city. The breakfast was simple but good with many options. The employees were very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: It doesn’t feel 100% safe especially at night.

Liked: The staff were incredibly nice!!!Outstanding location when visiting our son at Loyola.Pleasant & clean atmosphere.
Disliked: We were on 2nd floor. Wanted to use stairs to go to lobby since it was only one flight down but stairs led us to employee area. No signage not to use the stairs.
