Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

Excellent bang for my buck.

Liked: Clean lobby, inviting staff, bonus items like 24 hr coffee, tea, water. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was cozy, the fireplace was a nice touch.
Disliked: The mattress could have been better. But I did get a decent night's sleep. Perhaps cozier bedding.

Almost no room for me...

Liked: Booking.com failed to confirm my reservation and I was almost stranded . It took a major effort by Claire at the front desk to find me a room with a shower I could use. I am handicapped and need an accessible showers. She was wonderful
Disliked: Booking.com failed me and I won’t use it again.
